Terri Mickens is a lying manipulative individual & should be losing her license to sell real estate once the PA board reviews my complaint. She broke the buyer seller agreement by releasing an inspection report done by Easy street inspections for a buyer & then illegally gave a copy to another buyer to make a competitive bid.. Joseph Steo who inspected 108 Spruce Lane insists his company did not release the report that I paid for to another buyer named Zach Londrico of Brooklyn New York.. Need to easy Street inspections or Terry Makins was given written or oral submission to pass on the inspection report to anyone with exception to the seller who lives out of state. Do not trust this woman, as it’s a lie at the lie after lie. You have been given a fair warning
