Tabor West Apartments

As a resident, let me tell you the serious risks of these apartments I discovered while living here. First things first, the mold. Every corner of both buildings mold monthly. It's either a water leak that's yet to be discovered or an outside cause but it's very prominent throughout the apartments. Secondly, it's location. It is primarily highlighted by the parks and corner stores nearby, but what's not mentioned is the highway that is division. It's gotten a lot better since 2012 but the racing you'll experience is closer to that of 82nd. Lastly, the vibrant smells that radiated from every separate apartment. I understand that some people have smells they're fond of, but when I can smell your incense from 18 doors down you might as well be big bombing the neighborhood. It's not solely

This apartment complex is on the verge of crumbling. Under new management in the past few years, they have rented to some of Portlands worst tenants. The selling point of this apartment building years ago was the fact that it had a pool. Finally after a year or however, long of having it blocked off, they are deciding to fill it with cement. I strongly believe that new management is only renting to people to get by until they have enough money to tear the place down because that is the only solution to all the issues within each unit.
