Tabor Pointe Apartments

Lived here for ~9 months. There were a few things broken when we moved in (ex: shattered bathroom mirror). We called, emailed, stopped by in person multiple times and it NEVER got fixed…in 9 months. We just kept being told the mirror had been ordered, and then it hadn’t been, and then it was. Our lease also stated we were not allowed to touch the fire alarms or we’d have to pay a hefty fine. When we moved in, NONE of the fire alarms were put in and we were told they would come do it within the week. It took 2 months to get ahold of the property manager and he only came and put them in when I told him I called the Fire Marshall. I lived here for about over 2 years, and i lived in the apartments towards the front area facing division street. If you take care of your unit then it was a good place to live and i enjoyed my stay there. Management has been better about fixing and replacing unit issues. but make sure you're looking at your full unit every so often. The gym was nice to use but a bit small when there's multiple people trying to use it. The management has worked hard to make this into a good place for people to live. Its a very straight forward property that serves its purpose. The management has done better about the homeless in the area and keeping them off property. My car always had good parking and it was quick to get into my unit. Honestly my car was safer in this parking lot than when i paid 200 a mo

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went through 4 property manager turnovers in the 9 months that I lived there. Non smoking property but neighbors were constantly smoking. Parking is a nightmare and good luck getting any maintenance done. The fastest response I ever got to a maintenance request was 3 weeks later and many maintenance requests went unanswered and unfixed the entire duration of my tenancy. They advertise these units as luxury apartments but unit was gross and damaged at move in. We had sharp tile coming out of the floor, broken closet doors, and sticky residue everywhere. Property managers didn't do a move in or out inspection with us but didn't mind charging us over $2000 at move out. When we first moved to these apartments the property manager at the time tried to ask us to delay our move in date because of an error on their end. We then went without light fixtures for over two weeks and our towel fixtures were never installed in the 9 months we lived there. The apartment was gross when we moved in (sticky cabinets, coated baseboards, and white debris all over the carpets.) The managers did not do a move in or move out inspection with us. Any maintenance requests submitted took weeks to months to get responded to (we went without a dishwasher for 3 months) while the property manager has since changed the new managers entered my apartment to do maintenance with the only notification of doing so being a voicemail they left me approximately 5 hours before, no posted notic

During my apartment search, I came across this complex, but to my surprise, it was nearly impossible to get a response from them. Every time I called... no response.. I reached out to them on 4 separate occasions and heard back once, but the communication stopped there. Probably for the best I didn't rent here because if I needed maintenance or to contact the office, I wouldn't be able to.
