Tabor Commons

I've been living at Tabor Commons for around 2 years and have had a great experience! So much so, that when I needed to get a little more space and move into a 1 bedroom, I jumped at the opportunity to switch to a different unit and stay at Tabor Commons. Sarah (the apartment manager) is super professional and has been very helpful throughout my time here. And Jake (the maintenance guy) is super nice. He even helped me hang shelves on a spontaneous moment's notice! The building is very well maintained and the location can't be beat if you love Mt. Tabor and walking down to Hawthorne for entertainment. I am very happy living here!

Tabhor studios are clean and well taken care of, Jake Moore who manages and fixes any issue when your Studio needs a repair making sure bathroom , kitchens, windows, and lights, working ! as always with a smile !

Tabor Commons is a clean, well maintained complex. Both Sarah in office, and Jake in maintenance are happy to address any concern with kindness, knowledge, and efficiency. Thanks much to both!

Really easy and smooth process to find a room and move in, especially with the utilities and internet already available. Everything worked properly on move in which was a nice change from my previous experience. Jake the maintenance guy was friendly and quick to change a bathroom light I couldn't get to.

The Tabor Commons PDX Apartments are a nice place to live. Good location near the bus lines is very helpful to me, and it is nice living near very nice parks and walking trails. My apartment is sunny and quite comfortable. The on-site manager Ms. Sarah Danmyer and maintenance team are accessible and accommodating, and the lease renewal process has been quite convenient and painless. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice city living experience.
