T.S. Banze Construction built our custom home. They are the best custom home builder in Missouri! What a top notch - high class group of individuals. Communication was wonderful- Everything about the company was top-notch and excellent! Would definitely use them again And would definitely refer this top notch group to friends and family! You can't go wrong with this Custom builder!!

TS Banze built our custom home from a dream on a piece of paper, into our beautiful home we plan to retire in. Quality construction, great communication and they made the whole process go so smoothly. I can’t rate them high enough, for the amount of time Tim spent on the job site discussing layout, and offering ideas to make it all come together as we had visioned our home to look. I rarely say this, but there isn’t anything that I would have changed, made bigger/smaller, moved a wall etc. We’re now going on our fifth year in our home, and I would recommend TSBanze over any builder in the area.

TS Banze Construction has an excellent reputation in our community, and when hired to provide our new construction home foundation they did not disappoint. Communication was outstanding throughout the duration of the project. We are extremely pleased with our experience, and will be recommending TS Banze to family and friends.

We visited their “subdivision” with hopes of building. After many, many, many, excuses they took 6 weeks to even get a cost to us after holding our deposit hostage. Then ended up backing out of the deal after wasting alarmist 2 months of our time. The craftsmanship in their homes at Incline is subpar yet they expect top dollar. Do yourself a favor and check all the other local builders prior to meeting with them. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional operation who clearly has no idea how or experienced building homes. Their homes finished product appear to be put together by apprentices. Then when it was all said and done, not even a “thank you”. Our families were going to spend close to 1mil but doing 3 homes and the service matched what you would find at McDonalds. I would avoid at all
