T&M missed timelines, provided unreliable information, and delivered poor-quality workmanship. The punch list took months to complete and required constant follow-up. Just four years in, components are already failing, raising serious concerns about build quality and durability. Multiple professionals brought in to repair these issues have commented on the poor quality of the original work. We would not use T&M again and do not recommend them.

Purchased a new home built by T&M. The only bad thing about my purchase experience was the number of times that i had to follow up. There was no clear communication on when the property will be ready for booking. I had to follow up daily to check if the unit became available for booking. The quality of the construction itself was satisfactory. There were a few nail pops which showed up very quickly once we moved in but the warranty period covered for these. I also liked the fact that T&M has been responsive beyond the warranty period. They help solve problems or give suggestions.

Working with T & M has been fantastic! My wife and I have been looking for a new home for years but have been unable to find our “dream home”. We learned that T&M was building in Suffield, so we contacted Joe Duva to learn about the new neighborhood and the steps involved to build. We were super excited to learn that Suffield Chase will connect to Wisteria Lane, which has always been our favorite neighborhoods in town, complemented by the fact that we could build our own new home there! They built our house in Milford and within five years the range and the oven were both shot and the dishwasher only lasted 2 years but they claimed it with the dishwasher of the year. It was fixed twice under warranty before it died the final time and we had to replace it. They cut Corners especially on Windows every chance they get. Stay away from this Builder they are horrible.

Do yourself a very big favor do not buy a home built by this builder. They have no integrity in their product and will take shortcuts. Then when you go to sell your home you find out that they went around regulations and you get stuck with the bill of righting their wrongs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The homes look good but there are too many problems as the years pass!
