Teresa was so wonderful and walked us through everything we needed to know about obtaining our first loan. She was very patient with us and all of our questions, and was always easy to get ahold of. We felt knowledgeable and very prepared with Teresa's help, and are so grateful for her time!

If I could give zero stars I would Mann closed down the construction loan office we were dealing with in LA Pine. Mann mortgage never told us this happened and never told us we were dealing with a new group of people. Fast forward to our house being completed over a month ago now and we were told we would close 2 weeks after we got the keys to our house. It has now been 4 weeks since were were given the keys, they haven't paid the last vendor on our loan for installing the driveway, they stopped responding to any emails and we still have not finished closing on the construction loan to move forward without lives. Mann mortgage has been extremely unprofessional and unhelpful at every corner and we are extremely unhappy customers who cant wait to move our business elsewhere.

A great team to work with! Tyler was our loan officer and he was professional, knowledgable and very helpful throughout the whole process. Our loan was very complex and he was able to assist every step of the way. I would 100% recommend Tyler and his team to anyone!

Cory was great to call me back after my initial call and it went downhill from there. We are shocked this office has 10 reviews with 5 stars. There was no communication unless we initiated it with several calls. I even left messages and tried to contact someone at the home office to no avail. Cory was rude and condescending. He would not answer questions we had. He would not return calls when he said he would. We were so upset by the lack of professionalism that I took the time to summarize our interactions for future reference. When we actually reviewed how we were treated, we were disgusted by it. We were trying to refinance a rental from out of state. I assumed we were treated badly because we were not local, but that is no excuse. My first contact with Cory was on January 5

Cory and his staff are great people to work with. Everyone is so professional and honeat. I love that they care of everyone differently depending on their particular needs. Not everyone is qualified right out of the gate but they will help guide you in getting there. If you need a home loan go to Cory!
