We could not be happier with our Synergy Homes construction.   We knew the moment we first met with Maria that Synergy Homes was the right fit for us.  Maria and Andy are readily available and communicative throughout the entire process.   What really impressed us with Synergy Homes is the quality of their craftmanship.   Many other builders had lesser quality selections in their initial bid, yet Synergy’s starting point is likely all you need without any upgrades.  As an example, most other builders had vinyl siding in the quote with an upcharge for Hardie board.  That came standard with our acreage plans, as they knew that vinyl would not be worth our time and cost. When we were planning to build our third custom home, we sent our floor plans with specs and selections to five custom builders.
