I have resided here for over a year without any prior issues. Recently, however, a German cockroach infestation has begun developing within the building, which I confirmed with the neighbor living above me. I am currently waiting for pest control services. What is concerning is that residents are charged monthly for pest control, yet services appear to be provided only upon request rather than as a routine preventive measure. Proactive, monthly treatment of all units would be far more effective in preventing infestations of this nature. Within just a few days, I went through an entire can of roach spray due to the severity of the problem. I have killed numerous adult roaches and nymphs, many no larger than a grain of rice. I recently had the pleasure of taking a housing tour with Ana Hernández, an exceptional guide. Ana was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the tour. Her warmth and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Ana was polite, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about the property, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As someone who lives here, I can confidently say that Liliana is one of the biggest reasons this community feels so well taken care of. She's always attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have what they need. Any time I've had a question or request, she's responded quickly and with a great attitude. Her consistency and dedication make day-to-day living here so much easier. Liliana truly makes the community feel welcoming and well-managed.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved here march of 2023. Me and my husband originally wanted to move here because we heard it was a quiet and clean complex. I was 6 months pregnant with my son. So we were excited to start building our family here. However upon move in we were informed that they needed to take our washer and dryer out and replace it with a new one? Not sure why that wasn’t done before move in date but we looked past it and moved one. 2 weeks later we still didn’t have a washer or dryer and when me and my husband went up there to say something they said they would have one Delivered soon but in the mean time we could pay money to wash our close in the office? Eventually they did deliver our washer and dryer but not soon after that our ac unit went out and had to call for them to come
