I had an excellent experience after submitting a maintenance request for my fireplace. The service was fast, reliable, and handled with great professionalism. The staff is always working to ensure that the units are safe, functioning properly, and well maintained. A special thank you to Rogger for his time and outstanding service. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to serving the community. We truly appreciate his commitment and attention to detail. Highly recommend the maintenance team!

I love living in the Sync at Purgatory community. My home is beautifully laid out, lots of closet & storage space, great natural light & my patio view is stunning along the GreenBelt. However… my husband & I have had some security questions/complaints, attempted to apply for available maintenance position(s) & property manager 1) does nothing, then 2) responds with untruths/lies, ends with 3) “if you’re unhappy? I can work around your lease” 😳 We love our home & don’t want to be intimidated out by an ‘employee’. Vanessa. That employee is Vanessa. Still the same 3 months later~ More months later & not much change. We still love our home here, the location is perfect. We are dismayed & concerned that the roof over our garage has been leaking for 6 weeks & nothing has been done. Mold

LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT/ LOVE MOLD!! If you have health conditions or mold allergies, or if you are perfectly healthy stay away from this place. Living here was a nightmare. And unfortunately took a year plus away from living a normal life. My partner and I were exposed to mold that caused constant headaches, congestion, random illnesses, and breathing difficulties—the list goes on. I repeatedly contacted the office about my concerns, but they completely disregarded them. The only solution they offered was to clean the air ducts for “mildew.” Shortly after the ducts were cleaned, our symptoms became much worse, likely because the mold was spread throughout the apartment. We eventually had to contact corporate and explain what was happening, including that I have pre-existing health condi

Great place to live in! Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful apartments. All the staff from office to maintenance guy’s are amazing and always are willing to help with a smile and great attitude. If you’re looking to move to a new place don’t hesitate to came and check it out! Feel free to put me as your referral hahaha, just kidding!

Everything was incredibly easy minus the gas set up. We moved in on a Friday and made arrangements for them to have the gas on Friday. Thursday they called letting us know they would call before hand the next day to come turn it on and we never received a call on Friday. So we are spending the whole weekend without water or ability use the stove or oven. Everything from the apartment complex side has been outstanding
