Symphony Homes – Riverwalk

We built with Symphony Homes and overall we love our home. They have a great home customization process and fantastic design center. We really enjoyed all the people we worked with there. Also, we really like that they have bigger lots in this community. The negatives to building with Symphony Homes were a price increase at the last minute (it was during COVID when lumber prices went up) and they still haven't figured out how to backfill trenches around the property correctly so we had to spend a lot of time and money fixing our landscaping after parts of our yard kept sinking. Also, their warranty isn't as good as larger builders like DR Horton. We definitely love the end result of the building process but it was a little painful to get here.

Beautiful homes, but as time goes on in this neighborhood, the entire neighborhood sees more and more problems with the way Symphony and their contractors are doing work. Countless homes in the neighborhood are seeing enormous problems due to terrible compaction, especially where utility trenches were dug to get utilities from the street to the foundations. You can see fences, garden beds, staircases to porches, driveways, etc on a significant number of houses that are collapsing many inches. Many homes in the neighborhood have had to take significant measures to remediate the problems they’ve seen. Beautiful homes, steep price that hasn’t adjusted with the market downturn, sales process in its initial stages isn’t transparent. Price escalation clauses that the builder has the right to exe

Beautiful model home and community on nice sized lots. Very helpful staff. A bit pricey for my pocketbook but hey, if you can spend $800K and some on a home, this might be for you!

Workers could be a little more nicer, great homes
