I first purchased a house and then sold a house with Sylvia. With the purchase, Sylvia was patient, took my feedback after each showing, and zeroed in on what I was looking for. Could not be happier with where I am today. It was in a hot market so she moved quickly and was always very responsive. For the sale, Sylvia was strategic with our house posting, and did a fantastic job negotiating the sale price. Our house sold over our original asking price. No one tells you ALL the things to consider when beginning the process of buying a home, let alone your first home. When my husband and I first started to look at houses, it was quite daunting and overwhelming. Sylvia Carver was confident, patient, and explained everything to us simply and in a way that didn’t sound scary, which was helpful considering we had no idea what we were doing. LOL We looked at about a half a dozen houses, and when we finally found the one she suggested we write a letter to the seller, telling them our hopes and dreams for the house.
