Sycamore Landing by Legend Homes

Well, here we go, a homeowner here at this community. It has been 4 years now and it’s now moved on to phase 2. I have been working with the HOA Legend Homes has paired up with to sell their homes. I have taken to social media to warn potential buyers about purchasing their dream homes in a community ran by Principal Management Group. Go ahead and do a quick google search and see for yourself and had the reviews are for PMG of North Texas. Now what has Legend Homes done? They blocked me from their Facebook page so that I could not warn home buyers of this HOA they use. Instead of Legend Homes doing what’s right they blocked me. What does that say? I purchase one of their homes, I’ve referred friends to buy in their communities in the past (before learning about their HOA) they use. This is

I just wanted to review my experience so far with the sale manager Doug Webb I am in the process of getting my home built and he has been very helpful for all the needs like updating me on the progress of the home and anything that I ask him to send me he has always been on time. My home is still being built and it has been stressful but he has made me feel a little less scared in the process. So great job. Once the process ends I will make sure to give my final review of the over all process.

The previous review is fairly inaccurate, as there is significant home construction going on at this time, resulting in some debris on the streets and multiple contractors parked in the area involved in the building of more than 200 homes in this new subdivision; only 6 of the completed houses are presently occupied…

I love these homes they are the best and even gave them a cool name named legends homes.
