Sycamore Heights

Roaches, spiders, rodents clawing through walls no matter what. Very infested and unclean place with dog poop everywhere even by the playground area. The pool stays closed nearly for months due to it being unclean. Laundry room where homeless will come to sleep in it for shelter. Dog park is unsafe for the dogs, dogs are catching virus from the area. My dog got very sick where I discontinued going to the dog park. No one picks up their dog poop. Security gate is always broken on both sides. Maintenance do incomplete jobs where they keep coming back for the same thing. Maintenance

If I can rate this 1 star I would manager is horrible doesn't respond to letters they don't give back deposit so basically I have to take manager to court i hate going to court but when they don't respond we have no choice so see you in court Yulliana I don't blame Janet for leaving she was basically doing all the work she was a nice person but people do not rent from KRC Property there horrible management

The pool was always dirty. They painted over a crumbling wall in the bathroom. They painted over the mold. They even painted the shower surround to hide damage instead of replacing it. Took them ten days to fix my hot water. Took them four days to fix my A.C. in the heat of Summer. In my 18 months there, I saw 4 different managers and 3 maintenance people come and go. The parking lot gates are always breaking, but they won't replace them. One time, I was stuck in the parking lot with 12 other cars trying to leave, for an hour and a half. It made me late for work. Others were missing doctor's appointments. The other residents said it happened two or three times a month.

I only ever go to sycamore heights apartment complex to drop off 📴 important papers each month, seems like it's a nice apartment complex to live at though they've got cameras to make you feel safe & also it's a gated apartment complex which makes everyone feel even more safe that do live there. I have lived at Regency apartments with my mom 2/8/2010- we still are living here, they have been around for a very long time we like living a the apartments that we have lived at for 12& a half years don't plan to ever move any time soon.

I don't think the walls and floors are well insulated. We could hear the upstairs neighbors constantly moving things around. The place is infested with roaches, theres a thick film of soot that just stays on the floor no matter how much you mop, the laundromat is never opened on time during the weekend, and the main office number has a full voice mailbox. Worst though is just getting into the place. The card reader is awkwardly placed in this wide driveway where theres no real sense of where to leave and enter. I don't mind personally but then it gets awkward when people are also trying to leave and someone is parked in the other position. Then of course you get those young dudes who just zoom through the lot even with kids running around. The kids will also sometimes play ding-dong ditch.
