I had been at sycamore greens apartment since 2020, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. The management team, especially Michael and Gordon, are truly outstanding. They're always approachable, quick to respond to any concerns, and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance team is equally impressive, handling repairs and upkeep with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Any time I've had an issue, they've been on top of it immediately. The community is well-maintained, and I appreciate the attention to detail in keeping the grounds looking great. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.

We’ve really enjoyed our time living at Sycamore Greens and are sad to be leaving! The main office staff have always been so friendly, professional, and helpful — they go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team is equally fantastic: skilled, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. The area itself is wonderful for families — there are parks, walking trails, and plenty of convenient stores nearby. It’s close to the freeway, which makes getting around easy, but you don’t hear the traffic noise, which is such a plus. I’ve always felt safe here, and on the rare occasion I needed help, the staff responded right away. We’ve also had great neighbors, never any complaints, and generally good parking. I lived at Sycamore Greens for the last 2 years. The complex is clean and inviting. I always felt safe. My 2 bdrm was clean and felt new upon moving in. It's spacious, cozy and for the most part quiet. The complex and surrounding neighborhood offers great walking/exercising options. I would like to acknowledge Micaela, the Assistant Community Director for her welcoming kindness, and superb communication. Whether it was answering a question or putting in a work order, she was always kind and professional. Also, I'd like give a thanks to Rodrigo in maintenance for his kindness and promptly fixing things. He was very respectful and courteous coming into our home. I will miss occasional chats with both and I'm thankful for the 2 years I spent at Sycamore Greens.

I lived here for 6 1/2 months and once I moved out the apartment manager decided to keep my security deposit and charge me $300 for paint (for baseboards), $100+ for carpet cleaning (weren't cleaned when I moved in), and a $120+ for a cleaning fee. I asked for documentation regarding these charges weeks ago when I moved out yet the manager never provided before and after photos of what they painted and cleaned. I requested a pre move out inspection and a final move out inspection once I was completely moved out yet no one showed up for either appointment as requested. The day I moved out I went to the office as scheduled to conduct my final move out inspection only to see the office was closed a hour and a half before closing time. I called multiple times in order to do this final move out

The place looks very good from the outside in, but after living there for a year I can honestly say I'm glad I left. From the start we had issues, the entire apartment smelled of dog and there was a lot wrong that hadn't been annotated in the pre-move in walk through. A giant piece of gum had been stuck on the carpet, and instead of trying to clean it, they just cut the piece of carpet out. The washing and drying machines are out dated and don't function properly. I highly recommend testing them out before moving in. The place is covered in spider webs, from the bushes to the door entrances every morning. It seemed like as a renter, we were simply a number. Moving out has been the most stressful thing due to the new manager that's working there, Micaela. She has been super rude from the m
