Sycamore Apartments

They keep changing managers, and the most recent one is HORRIBLE. They also have this one lady who is absolutely rude! One of the assistance is nice, but she isn't the one in charge. They don't answer phone calls..office is mostly closed. They have accused most of the tenets of late payments,( which is not true) this has never happened before. They are always sending threatening notices of eviction. They will say if you don't respond by 1 pm you will receive a 3 days notice. Imagine this done on Fridays when people are at work. They send these notices and fail to answer phone calls. These apartments are not what they used to be. You don't know who to call or who to complain to. 🔴 They are not gated. (Haven't been in probably 3 yrs) 🔴The pool last summer was barley opened. They kept saying

My father is living for the past 8 years, recently they change managers so often and is going from worse to worse. Just to change a lamp in the bathroom is taking more than one month, no follow up yet. Everything is on mail only and still nothing gets done.

Its an awesome experience There is no cocaraches and you can leave in harmony The pool its awesome for summer partys and having fun Its not expencive but not cheap its great And the apartments have a lot of space

Best apartment complex in town

I've been living here for a while now and I never had an issue, great place to live and great management.
