We certainly enjoyed working with SWM & Sons. They build quality custom homes with incredible detail and craftsmanship. From our initial visit to completion, the team helped make building our beautiful dream home a wonderful experience. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

We've had a wonderful experience working with SWM & Sons. I grew up in the construction industry and saw a gradual deterioration in workmanship quality control over a great many years. Stan has recaptured the work ethic I knew years ago, and the work that the and his team produce is outstanding (even my father, the master craftsman that he was would be pleased). And, from what I've seen and we've experienced, Stan instills and insists on the same high quality, no nonsense work ethic from his sub-contractors. We went from a "lot" on Thanksgiving to just a few light kits short of wrapping up in 5 months.

We are more than thrilled with our new home! The home is more than we ever dreamed, just gorgeous, thank you so much SWM & Sons for building our dream home!!!!

Excellent customer service! From picking the plans to changing the plans and everything in between . Stan and his team have been wonderful to work with. Lindsay is awesome! Stan builds a beautiful home. Beware of the plumbing. I have had absolute hell with the shotty plumbing. Clamp fittings used are cheap and will not last. Plastic water valves on sinks and toilets.i have pictures of some of the trash work put into my home but can't put on here I will fine a way to post them.
