It was pleasure to use this company. Quick to respond to issues, letted a great house, and the process of viewing the house was incredibly fast and straightforward compared to other places I had dealt with, getting a viewing the next day after having asked. Highly Recommended

We lived in our Ft. Myers unit for nearly 5 years of which 3 or 4 years under the management of SWF Preferred Realty. We can honestly say they were the best management company. Veronica was amazing to work with and very professional. All our concerns/issues were always handled quickly. The maintenance team, namely Marc, was amazing and handled everything in question in a friendly/professional way; always with a smile. Had we not had to move out of FL because of health reasons, we would definitely still be in our lovely Ft. Myers unit. You won't be disappointed moving into a SWF Preferred Realty property.

Veronica and Mark were all quick responsive to our questions and concerns, and were very proactive in helping us address issues we were having with the utilities transition.
