Sweet Redemption Apartment Homes

If I could give zero stars I would! When we arrived, there was a horrible musty/moldy/dusty smell. The apartment was dirty. Stains on pillowcases, hair on the mattress and sheets and hair in the bathrooms. We had friends staying here with us, and there was mold growing on the wall and out of the vents in their apartments. There is mold all over this complex. Beware!

I have never dealt with a staff that is as incredibly unprofessional as the ones that manage this property. Tammy Yaden is a very rude and unprofessional leasing agent. She does not communicate or handle business the correct way. I would not recommend anyone waste their money or time at this location. The property is old and run down and the laundry facilty never works. This was a terrible experience and I will be reporting them to the city of Arlington for several reasons.

Didn’t get to stay on this place but going by the people who run it I can already tell I don’t want to stay here. Booked a reservation back in may at an affordable price for September dates. One week before check in. I get notified that my reservation was cancelled by host. There was no reason, no excuse. Yet they went ahead and reposted the same posting at a more expensive rate. Not a very trustworthy host!

The apartment is nice, clean, and spacious, but if you’re staying on the bottom you can hear the people above you walking/running. Some people don’t care that they are not the only ones there arguing outside and blasting music all times of the day.

This place is awesome! Big floor plans, newly renovated and within walking distance to The Ranger, Cowboys, and Texas Live! Highly recommend!
