I would avoid this builder. Lots of promises that aren’t kept. We live next to an easement that many neighbors, including myself, have complained about due to it not being maintained properly. They will write neighbors up for weeds or for packages Amazon left by their front door longer than 15 minutes, but can’t maintain the common areas. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s also pretty sad to see someone who works for Brightwater writing a glowing review because they can’t rely on the actual homeowners who are not biased to write a good review…conflict of interest ya think??? Do yourself a favor a find another builder who actually cares about their buyers.

Buyer beware! We purchased a Brightwater Home last year and all I can say is that it was a very stressful buying experience. Difficult to get anyone to return your call, Sales agent is a Narcissist and full of empty promises.

Great community to live and enjoy the lifestyle of trails, fire pits, bocce court, modern farm house architecture. Not to mention my home came with included solar panels.

Model home is missing the charm of a farmhouse and way overpriced. Agent was a bit odd.

Sales agent is rude and will try telling you anything to get the sale. Doesn't follow through or communicate. Not for me.
