Sweeney DesignBuild

The way I see their trucks driving says a lot about the people who would be running a job site. Especially this morning 2/17/26 high speed weaving through cars at 8:30 on Shelburne Rd around Bay Dr. Poor advertising and very unprofessional.

We hired Sweeney DesignBuild for the complete design and construction of our new home. Shawn and his whole company were always professional and courteous. The design process was collaborative. Shawn and his team worked closely with us, listened carefully and suggested enhancements through the whole design and construction process. We have built 4 homes and this house is our best built home. It has not had a single issue in nearly 5 years. We lived in Maryland during the design and build process and Shawn was always easy to work with. We had weekly phone calls or skype meetings from his office or from the site. We are now adding a room over our garage and a second standalone garage and will be working with Shawn through the whole process. We highly recommend Sweeney DesignBuild to everyon

This team of amazing carpenters, plumbers, electricians, dry wall, tile, painters...and then there is Shawn who is larger then life, wonderful, and accommodating to all of our requests and change orders...(many change orders) Shawn made us feel like family.. Austin did a great job with the design and Beth kept it all together.. what a great experience.
