I have nothing but great things to say about this company. We rented a home for 2 years through Swann. I was a little nervous about renting, but Haley was an amazing property manager and always communicated promptly. Of course, when you rent an older home, things can break from time to time. However, Haley and the rest of the Swann team were always available to fix things quickly. They were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our two years at our rental home. While I know they represent the owner of the house, we always felt like they cared about us too. That means a lot. If you're on the fence about renting through Swann, I highly recommend this company.
