Swan Lake Village

Have not received one phone called back. I signed in to check my application status and it stated I "failed to respond" which is not true. I have proof I responded. Now I am taken off waiting list and skipped because the person who is handling this purposely made this error.

I never received so many emails about "respond or be taken off waiting list" in my entire life. Like can people be fair and treat everyone the same no matter what race you are or who you are related to. I better not be taken off or skipped over. Oh not to mention they never answer the phone! It is going on two years that I been calling and never can get a hold of anyone. Get better workers.

Ive lived here going on a year and a half . I love it . Its a million times better than where i would be had CASL and swan lake villages not accepted us .they saved us!! We thank god every day for the amazing staff and beautiful apartments. They are caring, and firm on the rules which to me is imperitive to maintain our beautiful community. So if u do have an application in although it is a long waiting list . Its worth it . ❤️

The place is ok but dont expect to ever get any mail if you live there. My brother lives there and TWICE i have sent him packages, because i never get to see him, and twice he never recieved the packages. Both times, the address was confirmed with USPS and both times confirmed they had been delivered. Any package too big to fit inside the assigned P.O. boxes that are assigned to residents, is delivered to the "Office". And the "Office is where the tracking trail ends. Its a mystery! (lol) But someone is getting the packages. My advice...just deliver it yourself if you are able to, & if U plan on moving there, don't plan on recieving any packages.

I put in an application about a year ago. Haven’t heard anything back, and have been trying to reach the office about seeing where I was at on the list. No one answers the phone at all in that place.
