Not a reliable individual or business!! They have pledged to cover the water cost we have already paid for a particular property. We asked them if the property had an open water bill before the closing, and they replied "NO," but we later discovered that it did! $7k! Unfortunately, the closure had already past, and we requested that they should pay it because this issue prevented the property's tenants from accessing the water. They promised to pay us, but it never happened, what happened? Trying to call and text them but getting NO RESPONSE!
