Garbage Service, Class action lawsuits should be filed against this management company, they fail to provide heating services in apartment units across Queens NY. Useless customer support hotline, they purposely delay phone calls and refuse to pickup. Leave you on hold for hours. Roach Infested Apartment units & failing to keep buildings up to a standard.

They don’t run hot water in their buildings because they have no idea how to separate heat from hot water. If the heat is off, the hot water is off. Sometimes both are off in single digit weather conditions too. Cockroach infested apartments. Terrible ownership. I ended up breaking my lease early because there was a total cockroach infestation, which I know for a fact is building wide because they’re running around the lobby and hallways too. Disgusting living spaces that are kept in illegal condition.

The worst property and service. Water leakage from the ceiling started from the first week of move in. Roaches everywhere. The management office and the manager never reply email or call, it is very difficult to reach to any staffs of the office. They don’t care about their tenants.

They are the first competent management company I've had in NYC. The super resolved issues as soon as they happened. The was a monthly exterminator sign up sheet. The common areas were well maintained and even the elevator wallpaper flooring was replaced after a dog pooped. They also issued my security deposit back a week after I gave them my new address and they also let me pick up the keys a couple of days early and let me move out the day after the lease ended without harassing me. I always had more than enough heat and they responded to my initial email, letting me rent without paying a broker fee. The biggest problem is that they are very reliant on one smart lady in the office and when she is unavailable, everything is unanswered. Infact I moved out because I asked for a rent deducti

These people are the worst! We moved into our apartment a month ago and have had non stop problems. They renovated the apartment before we moved in which we were excited about until they installed a new stove and never ran a gas line. On top of that they put in a new floor and and never replaced the radiators. Now there is an issue with the flooring and they are ripping it all up while we are living there. When I call and speak to the mangers or staff they are very well trained at not caring, blaming other people and conveniently not being in the office to talk about me and my wife living without heat, cooking gas or half our apartment being torn up. Don’t waste your time. Save your money and don’t waste it on these slum lords.
