Terrible residential property management. We have had a neighbor constantly knock and beat on the walls for 2 months. Constantly playing music as loud as possible with the windows open. Sitting in the car playing music as loud as possible Reported this to SVN along with videos to prove this. Other neighbors have also complained. Yet SVN has done absolutely nothing to remedy this situation. It's a joke. We pay 2000 dollars a month to listen to beating and banging all threw the day and night. Ridiculous I would suggest not moving into these properties unless you like lots of noise and having no peace. SVN IS A JOKE

Do not use self storage in laurel Delaware (waist management), had antique car stored there and in 2 months someone stole holley sniper fuel injection stereo battery and few more things. They have no insurance on contents. On a 2 door 10x30 unit they changed one lock with no notice to me. Admitted by the employee . And when told to manager they said nothing they can do. Be aware of your things stored there.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from any community involved with SVN. You can guarantee a big increase in your fees, harassment over petty issues (while some community members are left alone), and little else in return.
