James was very patient with me. I wen through the process of getting pre-approved but couldn't purchase until my loans were resolved. James talked with me through the whole process and told me if he thought it would be a good choice to put offers in or not. He went through each property with us and took his time answering our questions. He negotiated with the sellers per our request, even if it wasn't his personal recommendation. Our purchasing process went very smooth and he was easy to check in with. Highly recommend!

Horrible business Angela Martinez is a very rude individual when I told her I couldn’t have people in my home due to a family emergency(death in the family) she proceeded to state that she can’t imagine anything medically that my children could be going through to stop a visit in my home . I didn’t know her 3 children had every possible disease and disability in the world . It’s been a extended time of them trying to sell the property and I’m starting to see the bigger picture how do you sell a property when you can’t talk to people correctly and nobody knows what their doing . The vitalt kid couldn’t even make take a fast food job seriously and upsell a customer in a fast food company how can he persuade the decision of something of that scale.

Horrible business and horrible people working there especially Angela and Scott They went into my apartment over 5 separate times and to show potential buyers and complained because I didn’t want anyone in my apartment due to 2 separate instances 1 my child being sick and then the passing of my mother after already dealing with over a month of people coming in and out once a week very rude inconsiderate people who have no regard for anyone And then you respond with lies where did you send your condolences the only thing you could respond is that you were the owner so instead of taking accountability more lies even a apologize something would of been nice but you just lie to make your self look good it’s okay I have proof here again disgusting company
