Five stars doesn’t seem to be enough to rate our experience working with Susan. Susan far exceeded our expectations from the very first phone call through closing and beyond. Susan is conscientious, knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient kind , compassionate, caring and supportive. Susan is really intuitive and very responsive throughout the entire process. She is very attentive to your concerns, needs , questions, etc. I always felt a tremendous amount of support at every single point in our selling process. Sue would call us just to check in and see how we are doing, asked if there was anything she could do , or if we needed anything etc. Her expertise is noteworthy and exceptional, and that in itself is invaluable. Susan was a GOD send. After having our house on the market for mare than a year (with another realtor). She took 1 minute and was able to tell us what we needed to do to make it sellable. BTW, we have been away from the state since putting it on the market. She took care of ALL & I mean all the details to make it happen. She treated our house as her own. Going above & beyond by doing some of the work herself. Less than 3 months after giving the contract to her (this included time to make the necessary changes, improvements to make it more appealing) . She had us closing our home. Susan is the realtor you want and need!! She goes above and beyond to ensure she understands and finds what you are looking for in a house! She found us our dream home in less than a week by going the extra mile in a way we never could have imagined! She is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful with the entire buying process- down to every little detail. I live in Connecticut. My aunt who lived in Florida suddenly passed away and I was left in charge of selling her home. I had no idea where to turn. Susan is not only professional, but she truly cares about who she works with. She was happy to give advice when I needed it and explained things in layman’s terms when things at this hard time were overwhelming to me.
