North Syracuse market is extremely competitive these days and she works tirelessly showing me many houses and making one offer after another till I secured my property. This is our second home we have bought with Susan. She is hands down the BEST!!!! If you want someone who is honest, very hard working, and gets the job done you have to call her. She treated us like family and always has. Our 3 year old son loves her and was always so excited to go see “Miss Susan” and the “big blue house” as he calls it. Susan was excellent as treating us like family. We trust her with our big move, coming from out of state, with no family or friends here in Syracuse. We choose our new house base on trust, probably our biggest mistake. We saw the house by video walk through, Susan told us about her friendship with the owner and how much she upgraded the house. We accepted to denied our home inspection and when we did the walkthrough, the furniture and stuff was hiding the diy imperfections.
