We have been in our hime for approximately 4 months now. Pat did everything in his power to get us in this home as quickly as possible. He was available anytime I needed him. He worked with us on the budget that we had, the things we wanted, and found the perfect home for us. During our home buying process we found out we were expecting our first baby. It was getting close to the due date and we were running into unexpected issues with the bank that we thought would prevent us from getting into our new home before the baby was born. Pat went above and beyond and made sure we were able to move in just before our little one arrived. We had our bay and signed our mortgage the same week. Pat made sure that could happen for us. I hate writing reviews but I owe one here because they worked so hard for me! Putting in a new home is a complicated process and Pat took care of the details for me, I never would have been in my home without all of the work that he and his crew did for me! I wish I was better at expressing the details of how much they did to help but the most important thing to know is that you will not regret going with this company for any housing needs you have!
