John Olson was very professional, personable, and responsive in helping refinance my mortgage at the worse possible time to have to refinance. Mike Watson is amazing. Can't thank him enough for his efforts in helping with our last refinance. To date; I've done two mortgages and a refinance through him and my parents have used him twice as well. In all five times that we've used him he's found us better rates than anything else we were considering and always treated us well. Further more what he does that very few people do these days, and gets back to you on questions right away. Sure, a lot of other factors matter too, but it's really nice when (even on weekends) we found ourselves getting replies back same day.
