My problems with Superior Walls of America only stem from their unresponsiveness to the problems I've had with their franchisee in Rock Island, TN. I sent a certified letter to the CEO about the failed brick ledge, which cost me $5600 to repair. Keeping in mind, it wasn't from a panel made in PA, it was one made in TN, but no response from the company. Once I had the problem, and began checking around town, I hear about problem others have had from Superior Walls of Rock Island, TN. I would be happy to change my review favorably when I receive funds from either TN or PA.
Best basement walls out there. They keep your basement dry, so it never smells musty. Highly recommend
Great to have in the community.
