We used this company with no issues for a settlement 3 years ago. We refinanced at the end of 2020 and went back to them for settlement. Our settlement was in November. Jennifer was great and the transaction was easy. We notified her that our property taxes were paid by our previous mortgage company the day of settlement. We were told the payment would be held in the office until the county cleared the payment from our mortgage company, so the taxes weren't double paid. Apparently, the payment was sent to the county by mistake. This isn't a huge deal, and we are pretty understanding people. But the mistake wasn't communicated to us in any way. It took 2 phone calls that I initiated several weeks later, to find out it had actually been mistakenly sent. The receptionist was less than helpf
