I strongly advise against working with Superior Property Management. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Unresponsive Communication: Phone calls and emails often go unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), making even the simplest requests a hassle. Poor Maintenance: Service requests are ignored or delayed, and when something finally does get fixed, it’s usually a quick patch job instead of a proper repair. Unprofessional Attitude: Instead of being helpful, staff often come across as dismissive and unwilling to take accountability for ongoing issues. Billing & Transparency Issues: Charges appear without explanation, and trying to get clarity feels like pulling teeth. A property management company should make life easier, not harder. So since they decided to bash me when I posted my review. I’d be more than glad to share an explanation. During covid my wife lost her job and we got a little behind on the rent and quickly caught up the payments. Then never missed a payment for till we moved out December of 2023. The house was really bad condition since we have lived there for over 5 years. They never painted the house or did any up keep. I’ll be honest a couple blinds needed to be replaced. I should have done them prior to leaving but they non renewed our lease. And gave us 28 days to move. Since we wanted out it wasn’t a priority to us to fix a couple things.

They are super nice very honest and supportable things has gotten rough for me due to my back surgery other than that I will still be living there when my back surgery get better I will make sure to go back there and rent from them again.. my apartment was super nice super clean no failure at all great condition.. I must say that the property management itself is great but the people they hire are no good. The AC guy came over last week and was outside my house using the N word back to back. Mind you I am and African American.

Thank you so much Tracy and the staff. Where amazing and the owner of the property was so amazing. I would recommend this rental place to anyone. I've been with them a little over a year and I just moved out. And I didn't have any problems with this place. And the most important thing is I return the property the same way I got it. And I appreciate the opportunity to rent from you guys. I hope you continue to work with great tenants like us. 🙏🙏
