Our 2nd build with SHC and we couldn’t be happier! The overall experience with Superior Homes Custom was “Superior”. Our sales person Laura Dewailley (both builds) was very sweet and personable as well as professional and knowledgeable of the complete build process. She was very quick to provide pricing and construction approvals of any changes we wanted made to their original plan so that we could put together the home of our dreams. The rest of the team were equally as easy and pleasant to work with. Our design coordinator, Steffany Grayson was very helpful and our superintendent, Derek Vogel was quick to answer questions and address issues if there were any. Laura helped us bring our vision to life during the design stage, Danny made sure our home was well built during construction and Mary made sure everything went well with the bank. They were a great team to work with and we would do it again.

Laura DeWailly of Superior Homes Custom in Willis, Texas was more than fabulous to work with as we built our new home in Republic Grand Ranch. She stayed in contact with us throughout and helped us with our design of the home and selections. She guided us through the entire process, which was lengthy. We would get stuck on a design choice or a color selection, and she was right there to help us through it. When she transferred to a sales position with Superior, we were assigned Stephanie Grayson, who took over and helped us to complete the selection process and was fabulous to work with as well. They walked with us through every step with care and concern, no hassle when we wanted to make changes or adjustments. They offered support and suggestions to make our home better. I am currently building my 8th and FINAL home. Looking back at my previous 7 houses, a few of which were custom, I am very thankful we decided to build with Superior Homes Custom. This experience has been nothing short of amazing. They have done a fantastic job from the first encounter at the sales office to signing off on our final paperwork to begin building our home. What an incredible team. They have been so helpful, friendly and detail oriented. Every step of the way they wanted to be sure we were happy with our plans and getting exactly what we want.
