It was SUPER working with Dave to purchase my first home. He was patient and kind willing to answer my one million and one questions as well as show me countless houses as I requested. He was very knowledgeable about aspects of each house such as the costs of repairs and the upkeep of different structures. Without complaint he showed me properties all over the southeastern Pennsylvania region discussing the pros and cons of living and working near and far from the city. I had the opportunity to come to a seminar for first time home buyers as well as insight on investment properties. The seminar was very informative and all the staff that I met were great to say the least. Purchased a home with realtor Sharon Barkley the worst closing I have experienced yet. She never showed up at closing, we were given a code to a lock box on the house to receive 1 key! Never got closing paper work had to track down someone to receive my paperwork for the house. Was told warranty’s and keys would be left inside the house. Nothing was left. Seller left trash that wasn’t there when the walk through was performed! As well as a leak being covered up. Been texting and calling for answers yet no one answers back. Just heads up!
