I highly recommend Jerry Braklow and his team if you are wanting a quality and affordable custom build home. I moved from Dallas and decided to reserve a lot off 175th and Quivira. Not knowing the marketplace, I started talking to several home builders approved in the neighborhood and became frustrated very quickly with most of the builders lack of personality or ability to customize exactly what we wanted in our home.
