Not Recommended — Overpriced and Impractical for Most Buyers This subdivision feels wildly overpriced for what it offers. A 2-bedroom, 2-bath home listed around $400K is simply not reasonable, especially considering the limited living space. It’s clear you’re paying a premium for amenities, not for actual functionality or comfort. Katy is a family-oriented area, and this development doesn’t reflect that. The layout and size aren’t well-suited for families, even those with just one child and it’s certainly not ideal for single professionals who might prefer being closer to the city. Overall, it misses the mark in both value and lifestyle fit.
Nice area but overpriced for a far location from Houston.
