Lisa K has been the assigned closer / processor on the last few transactions I have had with this title company. I must say 10/10 she has been amazing. Very communicative, super friendly and helpful every step of the way. She has even gone above and beyond to make sure things happen when we have been against the wire for timing and processing. I am always excited to see her name on a new file. As a busy transaction coordinator having an amazing title person like Lisa really makes all the difference!

I've come to Sunshine with different clients over the years and typically had great experiences. More recently Brian and Phoebe are the reason I had a bad experience and changed my 5 star to a 1 star. Several other customers I interact with all say similar things. You can come into the office as a regular and the new owners never leave their glass castle to come out and be personable. I even waved at the owner Brian. I guess my 2-3 deals a year do not matter despite the fact I've been dealing with them for 15+ years. While the new staff are ok, they are definitely going through a transitional period. I also feel it lacks tact that management is leaving responses to reviews that bad mouth the previous owners instead of just saying, "we're looking to improve." Bad form.
