Matt Durst performed an inspection on a house I was buying. I could not be more satisfied with his expertise and thoroughness. Matt uses infrared at no additional cost, while other companies wanted to charge me double for the same services. Matt’s pricing was half of what other competitors were trying to charge me. Not only was his pricing fair, but Matt did an excellent job, better than any inspector I have worked with in the past. I called Carmen the Office Manager last minute to get a expectation. I was suppose to Sunshine for a previous inspection which did not happen so I promised to use them once I find something else. She was absolutely amazing and very thorough. She assigned Matt to do my inspection and he is the man to get the job done. He was on time and was so great at clarifying questions. Matt was so patient because when we arrive there was no access, he inspected outside until we gained access. Matt is very professional! Last minute appointment on a Sunday. Matt arrived early and thoroughly inspected everything. Even though he could have left all the information with my Realtor, he stayed to meet and discuss his findings with me. I was very impressed with his work and would be happy to recommend Matt to anyone I know

Sunshine States Best Home Inspection, Matthew Durst, has been outstanding. Always professional, thorough and prompt. Matt Durst did my initial home inspection and then another separate wind mitigation in March/April 2019. Upon recent installation of new impact windows and door, he quickly returned on 2 separate occasions (and on a Sunday morning) to ensure his revised/updated wind mitigation report included the new install and was accurate & complete per request of my insurance company.
