I have been exceptionally happy with everything from Sunshine Rental properties. I have had issues that were promptly taken care of. I've had very little issues with anything from the agency. They are reasonable people with normal expectations from renters. I'm leaving this review because I wanted to share my experiences with this company after renting for 4 years. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place to rent or a property they need renting.

They are BY FAR the best company I've ever rented from. EVERYONE in the office is super pleasant and helpful. Whenever I have a repair issue, they are on top of it...QUICKLY! I couldn't ask for a better group of people to rent from. I've rented two houses from Sunshine Rental Properties now and I've VERY pleased with everything and everyone involved. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough about this rental company. They are always intentive to every need and they make sure we are taken care of. We have been with Sunshine Rentals for 3 years and we have no intention to rent from any other management company in the Myrtle Beach area. I highly recommend this company for renters and Property owners as they take care of their properties very good and very detailed in making sure they are treated with respect.
