Contacted the office and had a great conversation with Athena, unfortunately they don’t have 3 bedrooms but she broke down what they did have available and was great about following up with me. The community was quiet and staff was welcoming. Would rent with them if they had 3 bedrooms.

Thank you for taking responsibility and perseverance in getting the work done in my daughters unit! It was a long time coming. I appreciate Tiffany and making sure she’s on top of following up on much neglected work. We definitely are very grateful for “Grant” the maintenance worker that provided her with such great quality work! Unfortunately, the previous maintenance was irresponsible and work was done sloppy and that’s if and when it would ever get done! Grant, is a wonderful asset to IPM, and we hope to continue to receive maintenance through him! His work is thorough and he appears to take pride in the quality of his work and it’s shows when he’s finished! Fast, efficient, full of integrity and an enjoyable conversation he has.
