This place needs a new management ASAP. They never pick up the phone nor return the calls and when they finally do, they give you some bs answers. When you go to the office you have to deal with the assistant manager’s dismissive and condescending attitude. Maintenance is just as bad, they just put bandaids on everything and never fix the real issues. Trash left everywhere in the buildings. Dog poops everywhere on the lawns, it’s disgusting. The elevator and the stairs are like a bio hazard because they stink so bad, it’s like pee and feces mixed with trash. I’ve never seen something quite like this before. They will cut the water at least twice a month without any prior notice, even when you pay your bills right on time. The neighbors be playing loud music even at night that you can b

The management is the worst. Everytime you need to get something done you have to go to the office to make sure that they do their job and even after calling multiple times and talking to them, they still won’t resolve your issues on time. I don’t know if it’s laziness or just pure unprofessionalism or maybe it’s both. Oh and don’t get me started on the fact that they will make you wait for weeks after renting to have access to your mail. They literally don’t hand you the mailbox key along with the unit’s and you have to wait ages to get it. There’s leak everywhere in the unit and when asked for maintenance, the people who come still can’t solve the issue. Yes, my sink is still leaking even after having them fix it twice. The people who managing this appartement I don't know if they trained how to steal or scam you, 1st-they will steal your deposit.2nd - they'll broke and scratch making history inside the apartment to charge you even you left it without damages. Every time you call for service they take Months to come and they erase every request you made . Stay away from this apartment if you're not a nasty person.

The is a major Harassment and disrespect issue with the overnight security guard. I will be reporting him to his company immediately. There is also an Hispanic lady feeding stray cats on a daily.

The management is nice, but they need to do a better job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. The elevators and stairwells often have unpleasant odors—It is impossible to walk/ go up w/o having to hold my breath just to get to my apartment because of horrible pee smell. While cleaning is done sometimes, it’s not consistent enough to keep the area clean especially with smell Additionally, some residents are very noisy, often playing loud music throughout the day and sometimes even at night. This is a major inconvenience, especially for someone who works from home, attends meetings, and needs a quiet environment to sleep. Aside from these main concerns, the maintenance team is usually responsive and quick to address issues.
