I'm glad I'm not the only one who is disappointed with the property management and maintenance. They don't ever show up when given information about things needing to be fixed unless you threaten to call the corporate office. There's never anyone in the office and you can barely even get anyone to answer the phone unless it's the operator after hours. And with all the snow we have had they haven't even tried to make things safe for the residents. The parking lot hasn't been touched and the sidewalks either. Our stairs were covered in snow when my children's father brought them home. My daughter almost fell on the stairs because they were so slick. Very disappointed. Will never recommend this place and will be moving shortly. Also the lack of maintenance to the pool is ridiculous as well.
I have lived at sunset woodland apartments for two years now. They have gone through 4 different leasing office staff and maintenance. It recently snowed 5 inches. No one plowed our entire apartment complex including the entrance way. All icy and cars got stuck trying to get in and leaving all day. No one shoved the walkways either. I was taking my rent to the office and fell in the snow on tge way back from dropping my rent in the office drop box. Something needs to be done here. I really don't want to renew my lease in October.
I have resided here for over three years, and I am curious as to when the policy regarding holiday decorations for children was implemented. I've observed a significant decline in the quality of this establishment, noting several violations in recent months, particularly concerning pest control treatments conducted by maintenance personnel in residents' apartments. Given that proper licensing is required in Missouri for chemical applications in residential dwellings, and as an employee of this city and OSHA, I am considering initiating an inquiry into the relevant licenses and certifications. If they don't have those, it can result in millions of dollars in fines and violations. Also, it's not just the apartment that is supposed to be licensed; it's the person spraying the stuff and having
My significant other has lived here for a while, and I recently moved in with him. During this time, the management changed and at first, it seemed like it was going to be a lot of micromanaging. But then I got to know the ladies in the office and came to understanding why they are enforcing things. I reread old leases and things that are being complained about on these reviews are legitimate lease things. And I can appreciate a complex that wants us to be orderly and nice looking. Adjustments are hard, but my only real complaint about this place is the lawn sometimes gets really overgrown. They finally took care of it, but it had been a while. I just hope that everyone that is negative about the office ladies themselves gives them a second chance. The one you see when you walk in is alway
Been living here for the past 6 years and everything was fine for the most part. New company took over and so far I haven't been impressed. Constant threats of $25 fees on every little infraction. No paid security overnight (if there is, they need to get their money back because I have never seen them) I have had my car broken into once before and don't feel like my car is safe unless it is parked in front of a camera which is also a problem now because the spots I have parked at are now occupied overnight by maintenance trucks. Now I have been given less than a 24 hour notice about pest control. I have no idea if they showed up or not since no one left any note saying they have entered. Looking at the other reviews here, I see I am not the only one. If you want an apartment where you will
