Sunset Way Apartments

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a community. It felt like they only cared about themselves rather than their residents or potential applicants. The office staff was especially disappointing, and the overall customer service was very poor. I had originally considered applying, but after experiencing the lack of professionalism and service, I decided not to move forward. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. Unfortunately, the negative reviews I read beforehand turned out to be accurate.

Wow. I use to live there about 28 years ago. The place was perfect. No drugs in the area. Maintenance was efficient. Staff was friendly. You only had to pay rent. No monthly sewer fees, trash removal fees, water bills, etc… Can’t believe the area got rundown if some of these reviews are true.

This has been my grandmother’s home for over 15 years, and she has always been happy living here. Since Jenny took over as manager, the community has improved in many ways. She is kind, approachable, and truly invested in making this a great place to live. We really appreciate everything she does.

The place is decent and secure. Jenny the office manager is excellent and extremely helpful. I lived in this community for 3 yrs and whenever I had an issue, maintenance was always there. It is a community of working people. Thank you Jenny and the maintenance team -Lisandro, Felix and everyone for caring about your community and the people who lives there.

They have a contract with Whitt’s towing well I followed their rules of parking and still had someone work in a spot designated to me so naturally i call the tow truck and they take over three hours and with my toddler sleep in the back because it’s way past midnight. if u want to move here i highly suggest reconsidering because they do business with companies that care little to none about their clients.
