My wife and I visited her sister in the sunset village. It is perfectly located right in the heart of Delaware, close to shopping, restaurants, and only minutes away from downtown historic Dover! The neighborhood was clean, calm and well organized. The apartment was well designed and offers about 700 sq ft of well-designed living space. It includes two bedrooms and a full bath, providing a comfortable and functional environment. The efficient layout allows you to personalize your living space to match your style. Community amenities include clubhouse, pool and fitness center

I recently had the pleasure of touring this property and I would definitely recommend. The apartment shown was impeccably clean and the attention to detail was outstanding. The location is perfect - so close to shops and restaurants and historic downtown Dover. I also want to commend the property manager, Shelley. She was not only very pleasant and easy to talk to, but incredibly professional - answering all of my questions thoroughly and graciously. The property itself was also very clean and well-kept. We were very pleased.

I would 1000% recommend Sunset village apartments. Best apartment complex around central DE. They are newly built very spacious beautiful community and most importantly have GREAT property managers in place that handle things swiftly , efficiently and FAIRLY. They work very well with you and give you options to better serve you as their residents in the community. Thank you Sunset for having us, we love it 😊

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Windward Management is a NIGHTMARE! We had noise problems since the day we moved in. We tried the nice route by leaving a note and talking to the woman above us. She told my husband that she would not do anything and did not care. Her 3 children were constantly left unattended and ran rampant almost every single day well after 12am most nights. We’re talking skateboarding in the house, jumping off furniture, screaming, running laps in the hallway and slamming into walls and doors, bouncing balls off the walls and floors, banging on the side of our building, smoke alarms going off at least once a week, overflowing the bathtub and causing a leak in our ceiling, shaking the light fixtures in our kitchen, and even breaking dishes in our cabinets. Cops were called at least 5

I love living here! The leasing managers are so nice and resourceful. They listen to your needs. The area is quiet and the homes are beautiful. The neighbors are nice as well. Maintenance is quick & and easy process when needed something. The application process is also easy when applying. I’ve never been more happier. If you do get approved here you won’t be disappointed.
