Sunset Village Apartments

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This new management is horrible. Trust me, do not move here. They up charge for everything. Their management is never in the office. Also, vehicles have been broken into in the parking lot. The washing machines never work and fees just keep going up.

About 6 months ago new owners came in and brought a professional new management team. Since then, the parking lot has been fixed up, sealed, and striped, they created a work out center with great equipment, upgraded all of the electrical panels, and are working their way through refurbishing all of the units with new appliances, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, cupboard facings, counter surfaces, and paint. I tried uploading pics, but it won't let me. Very nice place!

This is probably the worst managed place I have ever lived. The manager is never in the office and doesn't answer the phone ever. She only communicates through email and notes in your door and around the property. I sent a time frame to turn in my keys at the end of my lease which she agreed to then she left. I ended up having to turn my keys into the maintenance man because she was no where to be found. I found it very frustrating. I left the place perfect and she's making up stuff to take part of my deposit. So beware. The redeeming side of this complex is the people. Everyone was respectful and kind to me here. Never and issues with any of the tenants. Only reason it gets 3 stars.

I have lived here almost four years, it’s nice, quiet, clean and respectable with decent rates, friendly neighbors and nice upgraded apartments. Management and maintenance are always on top of things and very responsive, grounds are very well kept and maintained. Quality and peace of mind

I loved my time living there! Beautiful place with amazing neighbors and nice gym. Management is very kind as well! I definitely recommend moving here if you’re in the look out for an apartment in Alice.
