Sunset, Sam’s is very very clean. Emmanuel was very helpful throughout the application process. He got me to where I needed to be fairly fast. Responded to me very quickly. Highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a new place to call home. I extremely hope that this will be my home for a long time. I’m really happy with my new apartment. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very nice overall. The move-in process was easy and smooth, which made everything stress-free. Emmanuel, the manager, was especially helpful and accommodating—he made sure everything went well and was always available to answer questions. I’m very glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend these apartments.

I’ve had a positive experience living here so far. The rent is very reasonable for what you get, and the property manager Emmanuel made the move-in process smooth and stress free. I had a small issue with the restroom sink early on, but maintenance responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. Overall, solid value and great service.
