Sunset Ridge Townhomes

Don’t seem like it’s already Been 4 years that I have lived here, time really does go by when you’re living comfortably. For my child it was the best place I could have moved, there are a lot of children his age and the neighbors are friendly. The staff and maintenance are great; always very helpful when it comes to being quick to get something fixed to understanding that I was running a little behind and was catching up, hard times happen and communication is key!! they have an amazing married couple that plan events twice a month to get the neighbors together, it’s mostly just the kids that attended but my son & I enjoy going and socializing!! I keep telling my self I’m going to move closer to family but I’ve gotten too comfortable and it’s just home.

If you guy's didn't know about Apartment Life let me give you a little backstory. I met Thad and Elisha sometime in December, they're now some of my closes friends and influences. Apart from that they're the most genuine and helpful people who have always and continue to help there community without batting an eye. Our story starts off around late December i was finally able to spend my own money to buy gifts for my family for the holidays. I indeed went all out and was overwhelmed with the amount of gifts that i bought thinking i had to wrap them all by myself. I got a flyer in my door as I get every month. I found out that they were hosting an event called Santa's workshop. When that weekend came around i was really nervous because it seemed kind of "childish" or "set up for the youth".

Overall a pretty great experience here so far! We moved into our unit about 3 months ago. The unit is builder's quality but not outdated. Hook ups for washer/dryer in unit. Office staff are helpful, nice playgrounds for the kids to play on, and maintenence is pretty responsive. No size limits on dogs, pet rent and deposit are reasonable. Everyone has been fairly friendly as well.

Sunset Ridge is an awesome and active community that is a great place to raise your family! My family has been living here for nearly 3 years and it’s a community centered in the middle of everything that you’d need such as, restaurants, grocery stores, department stores, auto repair, and more!

You could not pick a worse place to lease. The management is awful, our leasing agent was extremely rude and the maintenance staff were clearly not trained or knowledgeable on how to do their jobs. They also reeked of BO anytime they entered the apartment. The linoleum flooring used in the units is the cheapest flooring money can buy and WILL rip no matter what. Our cars were broken into and when we let the office know so they could check the security footage they said nothing and never got back to us. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please, whatever you do, find somewhere else to live.
