Sunset Ridge

If I could give a 0 star rating I would without hesitation. The pictures uploaded are not real. Owners website does not work and is a scam. My s/o and I were looking to rent here and she blatantly deceived us about price of rent. Sunset apartments are listed as low income specifically to take advantage of low income situations and desperation. She lied multiple times and was going to lead us into a trap. Live in your car before you give this place any of your business or vulnerability.

Worst ever, awful place to live. Not even for the low income, run. Shootings, drugs and police always there on lound speaker asking criminals to come out guns drawn This is no place for kids and families

This place shouldn’t even deserve a 1 star. Not worth the money. When we got the keys our place wasn’t even finished or carpets done. Past a year still nothing was done. Walls are paper thin! You can literally hear neighbors peeing, talking, etc!! It’s a decent size but still not worth it as you can see this place has a one star rating.

I have lived here since these apartments have been built. The managment is terrible, rude, and changed constantly. The apartment walls are paper thin. And nails stick up through the carpets. I have pictures of the cuts my kids got from them. I wish I could move. And will as soon as I can.

Nice property with small community feel that is centrally located.
